Agreement

These Terms govern your access to and use of eSIM Agent, including the app, website, data calculator, eSIM plan browsing and purchase features, guided setup, diagnostics, verification, and support tools.

By using the app, using the website, creating an account, continuing as a guest, requesting an email estimate, or buying a plan, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy and Data Use notice.

The Service

eSIM Agent provides travel eSIM discovery, data-estimate tools, purchase support, setup guidance, connection checks, and roaming-risk assistance.

We are not your primary mobile carrier. eSIM plans, coverage, network access, speeds, activation timing, and availability depend on third-party telecom and eSIM providers, local networks, your device, your location, and your carrier settings.

Our verification and diagnostics are designed to help identify setup and connection issues, but they cannot guarantee that you will never incur charges from your primary carrier.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for using an unlocked, eSIM-compatible device and for following the setup instructions shown in the app.

You must provide accurate account, purchase, support, and device information when requested.

You are responsible for your primary carrier plan, roaming settings, phone settings, and any charges imposed by your carrier.

You may use the app and eSIM plans only for lawful, personal, non-abusive purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and network rules.

Purchases, Activation, and Refunds

Plans are prepaid digital services. Prices, coverage, data allowance, validity, activation rules, and refund eligibility may vary by plan and provider.

Payment may be handled by third-party payment providers such as Stripe, Apple Pay, or other payment processors. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the selected payment method for the purchase amount shown at checkout.

Some eSIM profiles or QR codes are single-use, expire after a period of time, or cannot be reissued if deleted from your device. Do not delete an installed eSIM unless the app or support instructs you to do so.

Activation timing depends on the selected package. Some plans start on installation, while others start on first network connection or another provider-defined activation event.

Prices, plan availability, countries, supported networks, and provider rules may change. We try to show accurate plan information, but provider data, exchange rates, taxes, fees, and technical availability can change.

Refund Policy

This refund policy applies to digital eSIM plans purchased in-app. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms below.

Important: eSIM plans are digital goods. Once an eSIM is installed or a plan is activated, refunds are limited.

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. Requests submitted after 30 days will not be considered.

Unactivated plans must be used within 90 days of purchase.

If the eSIM has not been installed and the plan has not been activated, the plan is refundable, subject to the time limits above.

If the plan has been activated, it is considered used and a full refund is not guaranteed. A partial refund for unused data may be granted only if data usage is low enough that a service-quality issue can still be reasonably evaluated, we can verify a network or technical failure that prevented service from being delivered, and you provide any requested evidence such as screenshots of device settings, error messages, or timestamps.

For single-use eSIMs, if the eSIM profile is removed from the device before a refund request is submitted, we cannot process a refund or reissue a replacement eSIM.

If a discount code was used, the purchase is non-refundable once the eSIM is installed or the plan is activated.

Certain plans, including specific country plans or unlimited plans, may have different refund rules. If a plan has a specific policy shown on its Plan Details page, that plan-specific policy will apply.

To request help with a refund, contact customer support through in-app chat or our website and include your order number and a brief description of the issue.

Accounts and Access

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure.

We may suspend or restrict access if we believe there is fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, security risk, payment failure, inaccurate information, or violation of these Terms.

If you delete your account, some completed purchase, payment, provider, security, tax, legal, dispute, or support records may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers and Limits

The app and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, network availability, specific speeds, compatibility with every device, or error-free diagnostics.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, eSIM Agent is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including carrier roaming charges, lost data, lost profits, travel disruption, or loss of connectivity.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Intellectual Property, Changes, and Law

The app, design, text, software, trademarks, and related content are owned by or licensed to eSIM Agent. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the app for personal travel connectivity purposes.

We may update the app, features, plans, prices, policies, and these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, except where mandatory local consumer laws require otherwise.
